Kate was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood I was interested in, helped me find the perfect home, and did an excellent job negotiating a great price for us. She was also very helpful walking us through the process of home buying, explained every step of the transaction, and made the whole homebuying experience simple and fun. I highly recommend Kate.

Since I now live many miles from Gardnerville, it was necessary for me to have some knowledgeable proffessionals able to help me to make the best choices & decisions. Pat & Kate were right there to help me with the whole process. They made the transition easy, and wen't above and beyond preparing my home for sale before putting it on the market. I am not at all used to dealing with the real estate business, and I appreciate their help with the sale. It all went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. Kate and Pat were an awesome team! Kate kept us up to date with new listings that met our criteria, and kept trying to find the perfect place for us even after quite a long time. Once we found our new place and decided to move, Pat got things moving quickly! We got our old house listed in a couple days with a nice professional listing with great photos. It only took a couple days and we had an offer basically at our asking price! Pat and Kate then helped us through the challenges of selling our old home and buying our new home and closing on both within days. They were always professional, available and willing to get creative and able to expertly able to negotiate with the buyers, the new home builder, the bank and the title company. Great experience and we are very happy in our new home!
