Kate and Pat were an awesome team! Kate kept us up to date with new listings that met our criteria, and kept trying to find the perfect place for us even after quite a long time. Once we found our new place and decided to move, Pat got things moving quickly! We got our old house listed in a couple days with a nice professional listing with great photos. It only took a couple days and we had an offer basically at our asking price! Pat and Kate then helped us through the challenges of selling our old home and buying our new home and closing on both within days. They were always professional, available and willing to get creative and able to expertly able to negotiate with the buyers, the new home builder, the bank and the title company. Great experience and we are very happy in our new home!
