We have had numerous real estate transactions in 5 different states but have had the most pleasant and least aggravating experience working with Pat and Kate from Chase. Every detail from locating an appropriate property, scheduling convenient appointments and pointing out things both positive and negative during viewings was addressed. Their attentiveness has not ended with the transfer of funds as they are checking to make sure some deferred maintenace issues are taken care of prior to our relocation. With out a doubt this has been the best home purchase experience we ever have had.
