Since I now live many miles from Gardnerville, it was necessary for me to have some knowledgeable proffessionals able to help me to make the best choices & decisions. Pat & Kate were right there to help me with the whole process. They made the transition easy, and wen't above and beyond preparing my home for sale before putting it on the market. I am not at all used to dealing with the real estate business, and I appreciate their help with the sale. It all went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner.
